dice the breast chicken and onion

heat a tbsp of olive oil in a pot

cook the chicken. add 2 tbsp curry powder and the chilli and 1 tsp of salt I also add pepper

add the onion and potato to the chicken. and brown slightly

cover with water and allow to simmer

add all the vegetables and allow to cook for 5 to 10 min

add the lemon juice of 1 lemon and allow to simmer another 2 minutes

in another pot bring 1.75 cups of water to a boil with 1 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp of curry powder. when the water boils add the rice and allow to cook on low heat for 10 min
