Ingredients

  1. Cooking Ground Beef
  2. 1 lbraw Ground Beef
  3. 1/4 cupOnion - chopped
  4. 1/2 tbspGarlic - minced
  5. 1/2 tbspPaprika
  6. 1 tspdried Oregano
  7. 1/4 tspCumin powder
  8. 1 smallpinch dried, crushed Rosemary
  9. 1/2 smallBay Leaf
  10. 1Salt
  11. After Ground Beef Has Browned
  12. 1 canCream of Mushroom condensed soup
  13. 1 bagTater Tots
  14. 1 bagSharp or Marble Cheddar cheese
  15. 1 canundrained Rotel - tomatoes & green chilies (optional)
  16. 1 candrained French style Green Beans (optional)
  17. 1Pepper
  18. 1Salt (optional)

    *** If you choose not to use the Rotel you'll need to mix in 1/4 cup milk or water

  2. 2

    Perheat oven to 375°F.

  3. 3

    Mix seasonings (except Bay Leaf) into raw Ground Beef, place in skillet, add Bay Leaf and brown. Strain grease & remove Bay Leaf.

    Mix browned Ground Beef with Cream of Mushroom soup, Green Beans, and Rotel. Salt & Pepper to taste. Spread into 8X11 casserole dish.

  5. 5

    Cover with a layer of Tater Tots.

  6. 6

    Place in oven for 45-60 minutes (until Tater Tots are done). Turn oven off and cover with cheese to taste.

  7. 7

    Serve when cheese has melted. You can add cheese 5-10 minutes before baking is done if you want it a little crispy.
