Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1Left over keema curry
  2. 1as much as you plan to eat Hot cooked white rice
  3. 1Egg
  4. 1Cheese
  5. Toppings (optional)
  6. 1★ Butter (to mix with the rice)
  7. 1★ Parmesan cheese or panko
  8. 1★ Dried parsley (to sprinkle on top)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place the rice in a heat-resistant bowl and top with leftover keema curry, egg, and cheese.

  2. 2

    Bake in the oven at 240°C for 20 minutes until it turns golden brown. (You can also bake it in a toaster oven.)

  3. 3

    Mix the butter into the white rice. Sprinkle the tops with Parmesan cheese or panko before baking for a crisp.
