7 ozpkg. macaroni, cooked
1 tbspchopped green pepper
1 cupcubed cheddar cheese
1/4 cupsweet pickle relish
1 tbspchopped onion
3/4 cupmayonnaise
1 tbspchopped pimento
1 tspsalt
1/2 cupchopped celery
1 cupcooked peas

mix all ingredients together well. chill until serving time

variation-add any one of the following: 6-1/2 oz. can tuna, drain and flaked or 2 cup diced ham or 4 cooked frankfurt, sliced.
