Boil fresh tomatoes to peel skins. Combine in large sauce pan tomatoes veg juice & ckn broth. Bring to a boil then cook for 1 to 3 hrs. on simmer. Remove from heat and stir in chopped basil strips. Puree if u wish. Add cream & butter. Return to med low heat until butteris melted. can season with salt pepper and garlic. Top with cheese when serving.
