1 kgGreen Beans
500 gramsSliced Onions
2 cupWater
2 tspSalt
1 cupBrown Vinigar
1 tbspCake Flour
2 tspMild Curry (or to taste I prefer Hot Curry)
1 cupSugar

Steps

Boil the green beans, onions and salt together for about 20 min.

Make a paste out of the flour, helps that it doesn't clots.

Add the Vinegar, Flour, Curry and Sugar stir well.

Boil together until the beans is soft.

Bottle while hot in sterilized bottles.
