Bring chicken stock to the boil

Place chicken bits in the stock turn to medium low and leave to simmer for 2 hours

Combine rice flour, breadcrumbs and spices

Strain chicken and roll chicken in crumb mix
- 5
Deep fry for 3 minutes or oven bake with a dollop of butter at 180C for 15 minutes.
