Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1 lbradishes, trimmed and diced
  2. 1/2 ccelery, diced
  3. 1/2 cred onion, diced
  4. 1/3 cmayo
  5. 2hard-boiled eggs
  6. salt, optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil radishes until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Transfer to medium bowl.

  2. 2

    Add celery and onion. Stir in mayo and mix until evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Peel and chop eggs. Gently fold into mixture. Salt to taste. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
