Ingredients

30 servings
  • 4 quartunsweetend chocolate
  • 2 cupsugar
  • 4eggs
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cupAll purpose flour (APF)
  • 2/3butter/shortening
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cupcashew nuts / nuts

  1. 1

    Heat oven 350degrees. greased baking pan 13x9x2 inches.

  2. 2

    Heat chocolate and shortening in a 3quart saucepan over low heat until melted, remove from heat.

  3. 3

    Stir sugar, eggs, vanilla and mixed in remaining ingredients.

  4. 4

    Spread in pan.

  5. 5

    Bake until brownies begin to pull away from side of the pan, about 30 mins. cool slightly.. cut it by brownie cutter or knife into square..
