Ingredients

1somen noodles
sauce
1/4 cupsugar
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 cupsoy sauce
1/2 cupwater
1/4 cuplemon juice
1 tspsesame oil
toppings
1finely sliced cucumber
1finely chopped lettuce
1green onions 1 inch strips
1bean sprouts
1firm tofu sliced into strips
1Frichik sliced into strips

Steps

Prepare somen noodles as directed on package. Do NOT overcook. Chill in refrigerator.

Mix all sauce ingredients in a container you can shake it up in and easily pour it out.

Prepare salad toppings

When serving, put all ingredients out separately and let people build thier salads.
