Ingredients

  • 1somen noodles
  • sauce
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1/4 cuplemon juice
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • toppings
  • 1finely sliced cucumber
  • 1finely chopped lettuce
  • 1green onions 1 inch strips
  • 1bean sprouts
  • 1firm tofu sliced into strips
  • 1Frichik sliced into strips

Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare somen noodles as directed on package. Do NOT overcook. Chill in refrigerator.

  2. 2

    Mix all sauce ingredients in a container you can shake it up in and easily pour it out.

  3. 3

    Prepare salad toppings

  4. 4

    When serving, put all ingredients out separately and let people build thier salads.
