Ingredients

  • 2 cupsugar
  • 1 1/2 cupoil
  • 4eggs
  • 2 cupflour
  • 1 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1 1/2 tspsalt
  • 2 cupgrated carrots
  • 1 can8.5 oz crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 1 cupcoconur
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 2 tspcinnamon

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix sugar and oil.

  2. 2

    Add eggs and mix.

  3. 3

    Then add all the other ingredients.

  4. 4

    Pour into a 13x9 pan

  5. 5

    Bake at 350º for 40-50 min.
