  4. 2 tbspgrated fresh ginger
  5. 4 tspcornstrach
  6. 1/2 tspcrushed red pepper
  7. 1/8 tspground black pepper
  8. 1 lbskinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch strips
  9. 2 cupsliced bok choy
  10. 2 mediumonions, cut into thin wedges
  11. 1 cupsliced celery (2 stalks)
  12. 1 cupsliced carrots (2 medium)
  13. 3/4 cupchopped green sweet pepper (1 medium)
  14. 6 clovegarlic, minced
  15. 2 cupcooked brown rice
  16. 1 cupchow mein noodles, coarsely broken
  17. 1/2 cupcashews
  18. 1/4 cupthinly sliced green onions (2)
