1 cupCoconut
2Eggs
1 dashSalt
1 tbspButter
1 tspVanilla

Combine all but vanilla and coconut in double boiler and cook over medium heat till thickening.

Brown pie crusts and cool.

After thickening stir in vanilla and coconut during cooling.

Add to pie crusts.
