5 tbspunsalted butter
3 tbspheavy cream
1 pinchsalt
1 tsplemon or other flavor
1powderd sugar for dusting

melt choc, butter and cream over double boiler or micro stir until smooth

stir in salt and flavor

allow to cool before covering w/ wrap
4

frig for 2 hours

w/ melon ballers or sm spoon scoop out mix form into 1 in balls

toss w/ powders sugar
