19" pie crust
6Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/4 cupflour
1/2 cupsugar
1 tspcinnamon
1/3 cupsugar
1 cupflour
8 tspButter at room temp

Preheat to 400

Toss flour (1/4 cup), sugar (1/2 cup) and cinnamon with apples. Stir to coat.

Pour apples into crust asking sure slices are flat.

For Crumble, mix flour (1 cup), sugar (1/3 cup) in bowl. Add butter and mix with fork until crumbly. Sprinkle over pie. Bake for 45 minutes.
