2 canWhole kernel corn
2 canCreamed corn
3 boxJiffy muffin mix
1 tspGarlic powder
1 tspSalt
Optional
1 lbBacon
1/2 cupCrumbled Gorgonzola
3 tbspDiced jalapeño

Cook the bacon before starting

Preheat oven to 350

Mix salt, garlic powder, butter, sour cream, beaten egg and both cans of corn until smooth.

Mix in box of jiffy

Add bacon and Gorgonzola (optional)

Pour into greased 9x11 pan

Sprinkle diced jalapeño over the top and gently press into the mixture

Bake at 350 for 45 min
