  • 15Baby potatoes
  • 1Avocado
  • 1/2Yellow pepper, diced
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1/2 tspCumin
  • 1 dashSmoked Paprika
  • 1 dashChili flakes
  • 2 tbspLime Juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté potatoes in oil with garlic

  2. 2

    Add peppers; continue sautéing until potatoes are brown

  3. 3

    Put in oven at 400°F for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Add cumin, smoked paprika, chili flakes, 2 tbsp lime juice and avocado

  5. 5

    Salt, pepper and serve
