  1. 15Baby potatoes
  2. 1Avocado
  3. 1/2Yellow pepper, diced
  4. 1 clovegarlic
  5. 1/2 tspCumin
  6. 1 dashSmoked Paprika
  7. 1 dashChili flakes
  8. 2 tbspLime Juice

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Sauté potatoes in oil with garlic

  2. 2

    Add peppers; continue sautéing until potatoes are brown

  3. 3

    Put in oven at 400°F for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Add cumin, smoked paprika, chili flakes, 2 tbsp lime juice and avocado

  5. 5

    Salt, pepper and serve
