heat up a pan.

fire up stove and place tortilla on stove to cook slightly.

crack 3 eggs and pour milk inside a bowl and mix well.

while having the egg mix cook in the pan for scrambled eggs, cook the hot dog.

when eggs are cooked and scrambled eggs are placed on the tortilla, put in the hot dog as well but chopped up.

after all is placed on sprinkle cheese over top and wrap it up.
