Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  3. 1 1/3 cupwater
  4. 1/2 cupuncooked white rice
  5. 1/3 cupchopped onion
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1/2 tspcelery salt
  8. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  9. 15 oztomato can
  10. 2 tbspWorcestershire sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix meat and pepper together.

  2. 2

    Heat a little olive oil in a deep skillet.

  3. 3

    Roll meat into 12 balls and place in hot pan.

  4. 4

    Cook balls until brown on all sides.

  5. 5

    Drain.

  6. 6

    Mix all other ingredients and pour into skillet.

  7. 7

    Bring to a boil and reduce heat.

  8. 8

    Simmer for 45 minutes. Serve 4 balls per plate.
