  • 8 cupwater
  • 4 cupgreen lentils
  • 6carrots chopped bite size
  • 2onion, chopped
  • 1 can28 oz crushed tomato
  • 2 tbspfresh crushed garlic
  • 1 tbspClub House spicy pepper medley
  • 2 tspthyme leaves
  • 2 tsporegano
  • 1 tsprosemary
  • salt
  • pepper

    Brown beef and combine all ingredients into large pot. Bring to boil and reduce heat to med and simmer 1 hour.
