This pizza dough rises very well.
I usually quadruple the recipe and still get great results.
I don't always wait 10 minutes to mix yeast I to everything.

Mix warm water and active dry yeast in a small bowl and let stand for 10 minutes.

Combine the remainder of the ingredients together and then add the yeast mixure. Stir well to combine until a stiff dough has formed. Cover and let it rise until doubled in size for about 30-45 minutes.

Place dough on a well floured surface and form into a round-ish circle. Roll out/Pat out/toss the dough into a pizza crust shape. Top with sauce and your favorite toppings and bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
