Ingredients

  • 3/4 tbspDried Dill
  • 3/4 cupWhite Cooking Wine
  • 3 tbspChopped Shallot
  • 2 tbspLemon Juice
  • 1 stickButter, cut into 8 pieces

Steps

  1. 1

    Ahead of time, soak dill in wine for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Boil dill and wine, shallot and lemon juice in saucepan over high heat until reduced to about 1/4 cup (about 6 minutes).

  3. 3

    Reduce heat to low. Whisk in butter, one piece at a time allowing each piece to mealt before adding the next.

  4. 4

    Remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
