wash rice only once

cook rice in a rice cooker

chop onion into small bits

chop other vegitables into small bits

add olive oil on to a smoking pan

put the oven on high broil

sautee garlic, add pinch of salt

place all vegitables except mushroom

after the onion browns add pinch of salt

place cooked vegitables onto a plate let it rest

open up the sausage and mix it with the ground beef

add salt to mixed protein

add the chilli powder when the heat is off, mix throughly

cut the red pepper into 3 pieces. cutting vertically

take rice out, add oil to a smoking pan and place the rice

fry rice until the surface is starting to golden brown

add tomato paste and crushed tomato, season with few dashes of salt and pepper

you can add oregano, thyme or garlic podwer

mix all the chilling ingridients into the tomato sauce

season the cut pepper with dash of salt and pepper

put the tomato sauce mix into the red pepper

crush the feta cube into a flat cube, place them so they cover the mix within the red pepper

add pinch of salt on top of the feta

place it in the oven for 3 minutes

shotgun a beer and wait ;)
