Ab onion add kijiye Golden hone tak bhuniye haldi ar boiled potato dalkar bhuniye. tomato add kijiye ab boiled green peas daliye thoda bhuniye.

Ab isme poha add kijiye 2 min chalaiye salt add kijiye pani ka cheenta dekar 5 min dhakkar pakaiye. flame ko off kar dijiye ek bar achhe se pohe ko lime juice dalkar chalaiye.

Hara dhaniya dalkar serve kijiye.
