In a bowl take flour and add little salt and 1 tsp of oil.

Knead soft dough. Keep aside for 5-10 mins.

In a bowl takes boiled and mashed potatoes. Mix peas green, chilles, coriander leaves and all dry spices.

Mix well and stuffing is ready.

Now knead dough again for a min.

Take little portion of dough and roll like small chapatti.

Cut in two halves in semi circle

Take one half and form like a cone shape and stick it with water or slurry.

Stuff it and make samosas. Prepare all.

Now deep fry in medium flame till golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with tea/coffee.
