Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes

Soak skewers in water 30 minute to prevent burning during grilling
- 3
Season with 1 lime and dry seasoning allow to sit for 2 marinate for 2 hours

Cut 1/2 green pepper into 1 inch pieces, cut 1 onion into 1 inch pieces, cut 1/2 half red pepper into 1 inch pieces

Combine all other ingredients in blender along with juice from 2 limes and blend till smooth

Combine with chicken pieces be sure to pour off any liquid created from marinating this will prevent peanut sauce from sticking to chicken. Allow to marinate for 1 hour

Combine marinated chicken onions, and peppers on skewers

Grill to perfection, remember you are grilling chicken breast so don't over cook this will dry the meat out, along with the skewers pulling moisture from the meat. Be careful enjoy.
