Ingredients

  1. 4eggs
  2. 2bananas
  3. 1 cupground raw oatmeal
  4. 1 tbspchopped or ground almonds
  5. pinchground cinnamon
  6. pinchnutmeg
  7. pinchginger
  8. 1 tspextra virgin olive oil
  9. 1 tbspground flax or Chia seed
  10. 1 1/8 tspalmond extract
  11. 1/4 cupdried cranberries

Steps

  1. 1

    In food processor ground up flax oats almonds and bananas.

    Add the rest of the ingredients and do a quick mix to mix thoroughly.

    Spoon into greased muffin pan and bake on 425°f for 20 minutes.
