  • 500 gmsmall Onion
  • 100 gmred chillies
  • 50 gmTamarind
  • 4 tea spoonsalt, 1 ts mustard
  • 100 gmGinjelly oil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First chop the small onions.

  2. 2

    In a mixer grinder add onion,red chillies, tamarind, salt make it into fine smooth paste,

  3. 3

    Then in the frying pan add oil, allow mustard to crack and add the misture and fry it for 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Thokku is ready to taste.
