Ingredients

  1. For sai bhaji
  2. 1 bunchspinach chopped
  3. 1 cupchana dal socked
  4. 2onion chopped
  5. 4tomato chopped
  6. 6garlic chopped
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 2 tspcoriander powder
  9. 1 pinchturmeric powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. For pulav,,,,,
  12. 1 cuprice socked
  13. 4onion long cut
  14. 2green chilli chopped
  15. 2tej patta
  16. 1 tspzeera
  17. 1 tspred chilli powder
  18. Salt
  19. leavesCoriander
  20. For bitter gourd fry,,,,,,
  21. 4bitter gourd
  22. Salt
  23. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  24. 1 tspcoriander powder
  25. 1 tspDry mango powder

Steps

    First take a cooker heat oil

    Add onion and green chilli chopped

  3. 3

    Saute till red

  4. 4

    Add spinach and dal

  5. 5

    Add red chilli powder, coriander leaves, turmeric powder

  6. 6

    Mix well

  7. 7

    Add tomato chopped

  8. 8

    Add two cup water

  9. 9

    Lid the cooker

  10. 10

    Whistle it 4

  11. 11

    Open the lid mash it with dal ghotni

  12. 12

    Add salt mix well

  13. 13

    Take a pan heat one tsp oil add garlic

  14. 14

    When garlic turn red put in the dal palak ready to serve

    For PULAV heat oil add onion long cut

  16. 16

    Add green chilli saute till brown

  17. 17

    Add red chilli powder mix well add one cup water

  18. 18

    When boiled add zeera and 3 cup more water

  19. 19

    Boil it put rice

  20. 20

    Add tej patta

  21. 21

    When water is socked

  22. 22

    Sim the gas cover it with the lid for 4 min

  23. 23

    At last put coriander leaves ready

    First Peel the Bitter gourd cut it in small pieces

  25. 25

    Spread salt keep it for half hour

  26. 26

    After one hour wash the bitter garud from 2 to 4 times

    Heat oil fry it

    When it crispy take out

    Put coriander powder, red chilli powder,dry mango powder mix well ready to eat

  30. 30

    Now serve with sai bhaji pulav bitter garud with curd
