  1. 1 cupraw kale, chopped
  2. 1frozen banana, roughly chopped
  3. 1 cupfrozen mango
  4. 1 tspchia seeds
  5. 1squeeze of lemon
  6. 1 cupalmond milk
  7. 1/2 bunchmint, for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Add bananas, kale, and mango to your blender.

  2. 2

    Squeeze about a teaspoon of lemon juice into the blender.

  3. 3

    Add chia seeds and almond milk.

  4. 4

    Blend until smooth.

  5. 5

    Add a few mint leaves as garnish, and enjoy!
