Ingredients

1 1/2 lbground beef
1onion diced
6mushrooms chopped
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tspblack pepper
1crushed red pepper to taste
1salt to taste
1/2flour
2 cupmilk
2 cupwater
2beef bouillon cubes
1/4 cupworcestershire sauce
2 tbspkitchen bouquet sauce

Steps

1

throw onion, mushrooms and ground beef in pan, cook till no longer pink
2

sprinkle seasoning and flour over meat, stir till flour is adsorbed
3

add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, simmer for about 10 minutes
4

serve over mashed taters, noodles, toast or just eat as is!
