Ingredients

  • 2 canStagg original chili beans
  • 1 canSweet kernel corn
  • 1 canTomato sauce
  • 1Chicken breast (we used leftover rotisserie chicken from Costco)
  • 1 boxJiffy cornbread mix

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix cans of Stagg chili beans, tomato sauce, kernel corn WITH the juice, cut up left over chicken breast in medium sized pot

  2. 2

    Let simmer on stove at low heat until it starts to bubble

  3. 3

    Cook jiffy cornbread as box indicates.

  4. 4

    Once cornbread is finished, slice and place beans on top and enjoy!
