Ingredients

  1. meat
  2. 1 kgpork tenderloin
  3. Marinade
  4. 1 smallonion
  5. 10 clovegarlic
  6. 1 largelemon
  7. 1/2 cupdark brown sugar
  8. 1 tbspsalt
  9. 1 1/4 tbspblack pepper (ground)
  10. 1 tspground dried red chili
  11. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  12. 1/4 cupfish sauce or oyster sauce
  13. 2/3 cupapple cider vinegar
  14. 1/2 cupketchup
  15. 1 cupdark beer or sprite or rhum

  1. 1

    Heat stove to medium

  2. 2

    Mince the garlic and chop the onion into fine pieces ? add to the sauce pan.
    Cut the lemon into quarters and squeeze the juice into the sauce pan.
    Add all remaining ingredients to the sauce pan and heat on the stove until it just starts to boil.

  3. 3

    Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 ? 5 min. (you just want the sugar to dissolve)

  4. 4

    While the marinade is heating you can cut the pork tenderloin in 1? x 1/2? cubes.
    Once the marinade is finished you can add everything to a large ziplock bag or alternatively you can use a marinating container that has an air extractor and store in the fridge for 24 hours

  5. 5

    Heat your favorite petrol, propane or charcoal grill to at least 500°F

  6. 6

    placed skewered meat into the grill for 6 1/2 minutes each side. Enjoy (grilling then eating)
