
Tuna & Spaghetti Squash Casserole

Cut Spaghetti Sauce in half and remove seeds; microwave each half for 12 minutes.

Meanwhile chop and saute the Onion with some chopped Garlic and the Mushrooms just until slightly cooked.

Microwave a package of frozen Peas.

Use a fork to make "spaghetti" from the cooked squash.

Combine the "spaghetti" with the cooked veggies, 2 cans of tuna (untrained), salt & pepper, parmesan cheese, and mayonnaise to desired consistency.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top and brown under broiler.
