1 spoonjeera
1 spoonginger garlic paste
2finely chopped onion
2finely chopped tomato
1fine green chilli
1/4 tspturmeric powder
to tastesalt
to tastered chilli
1 tspdry coriander poder
1/4 tspblack pepper
as neededoil

Steps

Heat oil in a pressure cooker, add jeera, when it splatter, add ginger garlic paste,onion cook till light brown.

Add tomato cook till then soft.

Add all dry masale and mix well.

Add washed matar and mushroom cook for 2 whistle.

Matar mushroom is ready serve with chapati or nan.
