2 1/4 lbBeef stew meat
1/2 cupWater
6 ozTomato paste
2 tbspCider vinegar
1 envelopeSloppy joe seasoning
1stock Celery cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 mediumGreen pepper cut into 1/2 inch chunks

Steps

Combine water, tomato paste, vinegar and sloppy Joe seasoning in slow cooker. Stir in the beef, celery and green pepper. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Serve over hot noodles.

I like to boil macaroni and stir that in at the end instead of serving over noodles.
