    Oil garamkare usame hing, jeera dal do fir onion dal kar saute karo onion golden brown nahi hota tab tak chalte rahiye

    Besan+dhniya powder+chilli powder ka misharn dal kar acche se mix kijiye tab chalte rahi jab besan ka kaccha pan nahi jaata tod sa pani add kar ke chalate rahiye

    Green peas dal mix kijiye todas pani add kar ke 5 min paka dijiye

    Aloo ko hato se tod kar add karo fir mix karo fir 1 min chalte rahiye. gravy jyada chahiye to todas pani add kar do 1 min paka do

    Serving bowl me nikal kar upar se hing ka tadak de do fir uapper se Coriander leaves dal kar garnish karo

    Ready to eat roti,chapati, paratha,rice
