    Chiken ke tukdo ko achhe se dho le. fir ek kadahi me 3 spoon oil daal kar chikan ko daal de. fir namak daal kr chalye. 10 minut tak chalye fir plate me nikal le, long, ilaycha, Sonf, daalchini or 2 tez ptte ko tave me daal kr bhun le. ab in msalo ko mixi ke jaar me daal de..or 250 gm. pyaj ko bhi daal kar graind kar le.

    Ab kadahi me oil daal kar 1 tezpata daal de fir graind kiye masalo ko daal de or lahsun pest or adarak pest ko bhi daal de...

    Ab daniya, Haldi or Mirch pawdar daal deijiye. achhe se bunte rahiye.. ab salt bhi daal dijiye..fir chalte rahiye..

    Ab jab masalo ki khushbu ane lage or kadahi tel chodne lage tab masala rady

    Ab isme chiken jo dal kar chalaye 5 minut fir paani daal kar chaye. or thoda salt daal kr. dhak dijiye 5 minut. fir dhaniya patti daal dijiye.. chiken carry Rady..
