get oil heating, in a Ziploc bag put all the chops in add all the shake ingredients zip bag shut and shake when coated add 1 cup of flour and shake pan fry in oil till done

remove from pan to paper towels to drain

in hot oil add four and cornflour to oil cook till like a paste add spices add milk stirring this gets to be quick or it will seize and burn wisk and add water a little at a time work out the lumps when gravy is where you like it add the chops in and simmer
