  5. 225 gramsself raising flour
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. 2 tbspmilk

    preheat oven to 160/ gas 4

  2. 2

    grease and line losf tin

  3. 3

    beat softened butter and sugar

  4. 4

    add eggs bit at a time

  5. 5

    fold in sieved flour and baking powder

  6. 6

    add milk

  7. 7

    mix in mashed bananas

  8. 8

    spoon into loaf tin

  9. 9

    bake for up to 1 hour
