Blend the apple, mint leaves(4-5) and sugar(be careful of the sweetness of apples while adding sugar). Make it into a puree

Take a tall glass and ice it. Rub a lemon along the rim and roll the glass rim in a mixture of salt and sugar (2 Tsp salt and 1 TSP sugar) so that it sticks to the rim

Add soda, apple and mint puree and lemon juice. Garnish with mint sprigs
- 4
To make a cocktail version, add rum and soda in equal parts.
