Pan seared Salmon with Garlic lemon pasta
I am constantly trying to find healthy meals to serve my family so I came up with the perfect way to get fish in our diet that is so tasty. Enjoy
Steps

Coat each salmon filet with olive oil,

Add salt and pepper on both sides

Place in frying pan

Heat on medium high

Squeeze lemon over the salmon

Sear each side until crispy appoximately 5 minutes each side

In a large pot bring water to boil add pasta

In a small bowl squeeze lemon
- 9
Add olive oil, salt and pepper
- 10
Mince garlic into bowl and wisk until blended

Drain pasta and add the ingredients from the bowl over the pasta and mix well

Mix in the cheese

Serve the salmon on top of the pasta and just add a salad and crusty bread
