Ingredients

  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1/2 cupShortening
  • 2Eggs
  • 5 tbspOil
  • 3/4 cupNuts
  • 3Bananas (ripe)
  • 1 tspSoda
  • 1eigth teaspoon Salt
  • 1 3/4 cupflour

Steps

  1. 1

    Sprinkle bananas with soda

  2. 2

    Cream sugar and shortening together

  3. 3

    Mix dry ingredients with creamed sugar & shortening

  4. 4

    Add oil last and folder into batter

  5. 5

    Bake in loaf pan at 325°F for 1 hour
