Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbspEVOO
  • 3 cuplow sodium chicken broth
  • 1 can(14.5 oz) no salt added fire-roasted diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1/2 cupuncooked orzo or pastina
  • 5 ozgreen bean, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 cupshredded skinless rotisserie chicken
  • 2 ozfresh grated parmesan cheese
  • Saute
  • 1 cupchopped onion
  • 1/2 cupchopped carrot
  • 1 tbspminced garlic
  • 1/2 tspfresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tspsalt
  • 1thyme sprig

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a dutch oven over mefium-high heat. Add oil, swirl to coat.

  2. 2

    Add the saute ingredients, saute 4 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add pasta and beans, cook 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Stir in chicken, sprinkle with cheese.

  5. 5

    Discard thyme before seving.
