"Pomme Pomme" Baked Pudding With 'Kuromitsu' Brown Sugar Syrup and Kinako Yogurt

I created this recipe for Meiji brand's Bulgaria Yogurt's recipe , aiming for something that anyone could make. Since I like to put apples, kuromitsu, and kinako in my yogurt, I decided to make a cake with those ingredients, and came up with this "pomme pomme" baked pudding with apples.
I used grapeseed oil instead of vegetable oil. For the kinako, I recommend using a blend of black soybean and black sesame seed powder. This dish is delicious piping hot, but I recommend having it the following day. Recipe by nokko.t

Grease the cake pan with margarine. Dice the apple a little smaller than 1 cm, then toss them in the brown sugar syrup. Preheat the oven to 200℃.

Put a bowl on the kitchen scale, weigh the ☆ ingredients into the bowl, then thoroughly stir with a whisk.

Add the △ ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Pour the batter into the pie pan. Do not use a rubber spatula to evenly pour the batter in; stir in the remaining ingredients from the bowl. Some water content may have been drawn out, but empty the entire bowl.

Top with the diced apple and lightly tap the base of the pie pan on a table. Bake for about 35 minutes once the oven is ready.
