2Chicken breasts
1 jarof marinara
1as needed Italian spices seasoning
1Shredded Colby Jack cheese

Put spices on chicken

Tenderize chicken

Put tenderized seasoned chicken into glass oven container

Pour marinara evenly over both chicken breasts
5

Maneuver chicken a little until a light layer is under breasts,but keeping it submerged under the sauce
6

Add a layer of cheese on top
7

Bake at 450 for 20 min
8

If not fully cooked, finish in increments of 2min until finished
