  1. drippings from roast chicken
  2. 4 tbspBistro (gravy thickner)
  3. 1/4 cupcold water

    Mix the Bistro and cold water together, stir into chicken drippings, continue stirring until desired thickness over medium heat (or microwave for 1 min then stir and microwave/stir for 15 seconds at a time until desired thickness)
