Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a bowl, mix the flour and sugar. Make a well in the center, beat the eggs, and gradually whisk them into the flour mixture. Add the milk and mix well to avoid lumps.
Finally, stir in the cream and vanilla extract.

Butter a springform pan lined with parchment paper, sprinkle it with sugar, and arrange the apples coated in salted caramel sauce on the bottom. Pour the batter over the apples.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. The center may still be slightly wobbly; if so, leave it in the turned-off oven for 15 minutes.
Let it cool in the pan.
