Ingredients

  1. For Dosa Batter:
  2. 3 cupsRice -
  3. 1 cupUrad dal
  4. 1 cupChana dal
  5. 1 tspBaking soda -
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. ((Sambhar Ingredients)))
  8. 1 bowltoor dal (soaked)
  9. 1 bowlchopped onions
  10. 1 bowltamatoes purre
  11. 1 tspginger garlic green chilly paste
  12. 1 tspred chilly powder
  13. 1 tspsambar masala Salt as per taste 2 to 3 tbsp oil

    Method of batter ldli

    Mix all the above ingredients...

    Make a proper batter of it
    3. Keep it aside for 7 to 8 hours

    Ingredient's for tricolour idli

    1 bowl of coriander chutney for green idli..

    1bowl of carrots puree for orange idli..

    3 bowl of pain white ldli..

    .three colours ldli better ready

    2 tsp soda

    In a bowl add idli batter.add oil.... In a bowl add 3 tsp of water & pinch of soda mix properly add it it to idli batter...mix it properly

    Keep it in an idli mould.cook for 20 mins.. Tricolour's idli ready.

    Sambar

    1. In a cokker add oil..
    Add onions, ginger garlic green chilly paste...saute for 5 to 6 mins

    Add red chilly powder turmeric powder salt mix properly...

  15. 15

    Add tamaotoes mix well
    Add dal water...

  16. 16

    Whisel it in cooker (2 to 3)
    After whisel beat it lii

  17. 17

    In a pan add oil sambar masal, dry red chilly, kadi pata saute n turn it out in sambar

    Smabar is ready
    10.serve hot ldli sambar.7
